Position: Research Fellowship

Location: University of Genoa, Italy

Duration: 2 years

Fellowship Amount: €23,250.00 annually (before taxes)

Overview:

You will have the opportunity to work on integrating machine learning approaches and robot control algorithms. Youll implement new algorithms into cognitive robotic architectures using digital twin technology. Responsibilities include identifying use cases, validation scenarios, and gaining a deep understanding of human-robot collaboration processes in various settings. Your role will also encompass conceptualizing, developing, and validating prototype solutions, eventually testing them in real-world environments. Interaction with the project consortium is also a key part of the role.

Responsibilities:

- Identifying opportunities to implement new control algorithms based on machine learning approaches.

- Conceptualizing innovative human-robot collaboration solutions.

- Developing prototype solutions and testing them in real conditions.

- Collaborating with different teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements:

- MSc degree in computer engineering, robotics, or a related field.

- Proficiency in English.
