Prof. dr Vesna Rubežić was born in Podgorica on January 22, 1971, where she finished primary and high school education with excellent success. For the success shown during the primary and high school she received diplomas ”Luča”. She graduated at Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Podgorica in 1994 by defending thesis "Substances in the magnetic field" with an average grade of 9.21.
