Biography and bibliography   Žarko Leković was born on September 26th 1965. in Priboj, where he graduated from elementary school, with excellent grades. High school, historical-archaeological course, he also graduated with excellent grades in Podgorica and he was awarded with the “Luca” diploma. He studied philosophy on University in Nikšić, on history and geography department. He graduated in 1994. (average grade from history was 9.00) and his graduated with his study ‘’Montenegro and Malisor insurrections’’....
