Introduction of new standards for quality management of the series ISO 9000 was an impulse for the creation of the Centre for Quality at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Podgorica, in 1996. Management standards which have been intensively developed from the beginning of the 21st century and the development of computerized systems require new knowledge and continuous learning and training.
