Project Office - about

The University of Montenegro Project Office (PO) is part of the University’s Center for International Cooperation and Career Development in Rectorate, established in April 2022.

The PO serves as institution focal point for project initiation, support for project implementation, project and financial management. The Office institutes key information and practices related to University’ portfolio and project management, by providing expertise, advice and technical support to University of Montenegro organizational units, enabling following as part of the PO scope of responsibilities which optimize resource utilization:

Establish and implement project management best practices that increase efficiency, improves collaboration, enable positive project culture thus ensuring successful projects implementation.
Provides guidance throughout the project life cycle, from the initial idea to the completion of the project.
Support and participate in project implementation, reporting and financial management/monitoring.
Enables strategic support to project initiation (processing requests for project submission), ensuring the project ideas and proposals are considered in a coherent and transparent manner.
Provides PM tools/advices and where applicable and/or viable project management templates, to support planning, decision-making, program and project work, enhancing project delivery.
Store project linked reference databases.
