Full Professor | Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Dr Janko Jovanović was born on 29/05/1966. in Podgorica, where he finished elementary and high school with honors for what he was awarded a degree “Luča”. He enrolled the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University “Veljko Vlahović” in Podgorica, in 1985, after which he went to military service.
